Strip Out & Demolition Services

A One Stop Service

The vision when forming SES was to provide our clients with a one stop service, giving them a building / site ready for refurbishment or new build works with the minimum of input. In addition to asbestos removal, strip out and demolition works, SES will look to undertake all associated works such as gas purging, ecology surveys and hoarding.

Strip Out Works

Strip out works generally compromise the removal of soft furnishings, fixtures and fittings, suspended ceilings, non-load bearing partition walls and redundant M&E etc. This service is usually carried out where an existing building is to be refurbished, to reduce the risk of fire in unoccupied buildings, and in buildings prior to demolition in order to maximise recycling rates and reduce mechanical demolition times.

SES are experienced in stripping out buildings of all types such as schools, offices, shops and industrial buildings. All demolition operatives are CCDO demolition operative trained, have asbestos awareness training, RPE face fits and any other task specific training required such a PASMA towers.

Waste is segregated into various streams to maximise recycling AFARP and is transported and disposed of correctly by licensed waste disposal companies.

In addition to the soft strip, SES can also undertake the removal of structural walls to form openings and provide specialist cutting and breaking out works using a Brokk if required.
